Who we are

Faith Moves Co. is a Christian movement that aims to put faith in motion through integrated, energetic dance-based workouts & events. We believe the most fruitful outcomes in life are often driven by bold faith in motion, and we aim to provide a space where you can grow in confidence and make bold “faith moves", growing holistically in physical and spiritual wellness.

Our anchor verse is 2 Corinthians 5:7, which states, “For we walk by faith, and not by sight.”
